MSAi was retained by KFC Canada (Pepsi Cola Canada) and several KFC Franchise owners, for their image enhancement and expansion programme which started in 1991. This programme primarily includes the alteration to existing buildings by adding seating and drive-thru systems, kitchen layout updating along with a make-over of the buildings exterior to reflect the new KFC image. New construction has taken place as both tenant improvement work in leased multi-tenant buildings or as brand new stand alone structures. Our involvement with these projects is comprehensive beginning with schematic site and equipment layouts and continuing to final construction review.
