MSA was retained by IPCF/ Loblaws to design and promote neighbourhood acceptance of a new urban prototype store at Christie and Dupont Streets. MSA developed a store concept that emulated the Main Street character of the adjacent context while keeping the image and operational scale of the Loblaws flagship. The main building walls were pushed to the intersection of Christie and Dupont as would an historic building on this site. Parking was consolidated to the east of the store buffered from the adjacent street and sidewalk.
