Michael Spaziani Architect Inc., MSAi, was retained by Lucas Freeman to provide retail design strategies for a series of themed retail merchandising centres featuring products for residential interiors and gardens. These Home and Design Centres were built in Mississauga, Pickering, London and Philadelphia. Michael Spaziani developed conceptual retail concepts for the Philadelphia Home and Design Centre and attended Public Meetings sponsored by Western Development Corporation, who were seeking approval for the adjacent Franklin Mills Centre. Other Design studies were conducted in Chicago, Detroit and Fort Lauderdale.
