As part of a grey-field redevelopment, the outer parcels of this existing strip mall in the heart of Streetsville Village are being repurposed for main street retail and residential uses. MSAi have designed the project within strict heritage guidelines within this cultural heritage landscape. The project includes 110 residences with 10,000sf of retail in a 3 to 7 storey building.
